Service Requirements (install & 1st month FREE): · Floor spray is only 1 time a year for termite control; · Wall spraying is 1 time every 3 months to keep pests under control; · A separate contract (minimal fee) is required by HomeTeam but 1st spray and tube install is totally FREE and is included in the price of your new DBI home.
Tubes are SO VERY, VERY Convenient: · After the 1st treatment, you no longer have to be home for service; · Trained personnel will apply the materials through the exterior ports of your home. |

Okay, How Much? · With all the advantages the cost is comparable to conventional pest control methods and the major expense was paid for by DBI Builders during construction; · A separate contract is required by HomeTeam, but the install and the 1st spray is totally FREE. Quarterly fees are about $75 but check with HomeTeam.
