Many home owners worry about how the construction process will affect their homes and lives. To ease your mind, we’ve provided you with a step-by-step outline to help you know what to expect: |

Excavation |
|
The process begins with excavation. We dig out the area necessary for the size of your pool and begin shaping the ground according to the specification for your pool design. It’s not pretty - but we’re also home builders of new construction. We know this is your backyard and we will be as careful as possible and it will be your backyard again when the pool is complete. |

Forming |
|
We begin with forming the walls around your pool with steel grid construction. By the time this process is completed, you will have a good idea of what the outline of your pool will look like in the end. |

Pouring |
|
We pour the walls around the steel grid. This will provide the hard surfaces necessary for the interior design of your pool. Pouring includes gunite. |
|
Decking and Coping |
|
The decking and coping (the edge around your pool) for your pool go hand-in-hand. We carefully install the decking to mesh well with the coping surrounding your pool. |
|
Swim in 60-days! |
|
Once the hard construction is complted, we install all the final touches, such as landscaping and accessories. Then just add water!
